Our Radiation Specialist Team in Field Operations Division (FOD) is a corporate HSE resource, with responsibility for delivery of key frontline work including investigations, proactive inspections and statutory functions in all sectors which use ionising radiation and non-ionising radiation with the exception of nuclear licensed sites.
HSEs plan of work for 2019/20 requires the completion of a targeted programme of inspections to enforce the Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017.
