HSE’s resource needs are varied and wide-ranging from administrative and corporate roles through to niche and often hard to fill specialist roles. These might be scientific or engineering roles and this variety makes our work in recruitment really unique and interesting.
Recruitment is HR’s current number one priority. We are responsible for identifying, planning and fulfilling HSE’s resource requirements to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills and at the right time. Alongside this, we are working to improve the service experience for candidates and vacancy managers, the time we take to hire new employees and to increase the diversity of our candidate pool.
As a recruitment campaign manager, you will play an important role to help deliver this ambition.
