We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR Division as the lead on Reward, HR policy and employee relations.
You will utilise and develop your HR skills in making a difference to GB Health and Safety.
Why is this role so important to HSE?
You will be responsible for influencing, shaping and developing HR policy solutions, including pay and reward, in line with Civil Service Employee Policy (CSEP) and Civil Service HR (CSHR), to meet business need.
You will play a key role in building strong employee relations through working constructively and positively with our recognised trade unions. You will also be excellent at building and enhancing relationships with stakeholders across the business and trade unions, as well as working closely with colleagues across HR.
