HSE is now developing on a roadmap to replace its core business systems. Major digital services programmes are underway, operating with the guidance of the Government Digital Service’s service manual and TCOP, to redesign how HSE delivers its work and how new technologies can improve operational processes. Collaboration and IoT are integral to HSE’s future, supporting remote inspections and compliance monitoring.
Management of HSE’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that technologies remain available, performant to SLAs/OLAs and relevant to business requirements. Monitoring all technologies in the suite, investigating incidents, resolving problems, and developing and applying fixes and changes. Delivery of upgrades to technologies, implement new functionality and seeking to continuously improve the technologies to support the organisation in better ways. Ensure that the technologies remain secure, protecting HSE’s data and users from cyber-attack and unauthorised loss. Engagement with users, supporting their needs and ensuring that a high quality customer-focused service is delivered.
Occasional travel for team meetings and events will be required.
